Acupuncture is a treatment derived from ancient Chinese medicine.
The fine needles are inserted into specific places on the body, which practitioners call acupuncture points based on your condition. The needles used are very fine and are usually a few centimetres long. The needles may be inserted just under the skin, or deeper so they reach the muscle. Once the needles are in place, they may be left in position for a length of time lasting from a few minutes up to around 30 minutes for the needles to allow the release of any congested fluid, energy or tension within the areas.

This treatment can accommodate lots of different concerns such as joint and muscular pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, migraines, pregnancy symptoms and much more.

Acupuncture works hand in hand with reflexology or massage. The combination will enhance relaxation and give you optimal results.
