DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Deep tissue massage works by applying firm pressure to reach the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissues, or fascia, beneath the muscles.

 

It can often help to release chronic patterns of muscle tension and aims is to realign the muscle in contrasted areas such as:
