TIME TO RELAX POLICY
We want our clients to feel comfortable and relaxed as soon as they walk through the door. For this reason, please allow enough time for your experience, by arriving 15 minutes before your appointment.
This will ensure we have enough time to take care of you properly and you have a chance to relax before your treatment.
MOBILE PHONE POLICY
Please switch off or put your mobile phone on silent, before entering the clinic.
CHILDREN UNDER 16 AND BABY POLICY
We love children and babies here at the clinic, but we pride ourselves on our relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. For this reason, we would appreciate it if clients and guests, did not bring children or babies into the treatment areas.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you, at your request. If you arrive late, we will try to fit you in, but your treatment will still finish at the original time and the full price of the treatment will be charged.
This helps us to minimise disruption for all our clients.
PATCH TEST POLICY
Where stated, some treatments require a patch test 48 hours before a treatment. Even if you have had the same treatment previously elsewhere.
This is to ensure our client's safety and for insurance reasons.
A thorough consultation is always carried out before any skin, face or body treatment to discuss individual concerns, identify the client’s expectations and ensure optimal results.
At the time of booking, a fee of £50 will be taken to secure your consultation.
This applies to new and existing clients.
The consultation fee is redeemable against any treatments taken within two weeks of your consultation date.
All Treatment Packages are to be completed within a year, if your plan is not completed by then it will expire.
APPOINTMENT BOOKING FEE POLICY
At the time of booking, a fee of £50 will be taken to secure your appointment. This applies to new and existing clients. For HD brows treatments, only a £20 deposit is required at the time of booking.
If you fail to give 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment, you will not be entitled to a refund.
For all prepaid course appointments, if you fail to attend the clinic or cancel the appointment without giving more than 48 hours' notice, one appointment will be deducted from the course.
PRODUCT ORDERS OR DELIVERY REQUESTS
All costs for specific products ordered and when delivery is required, all associated postage and packaging costs must be paid for in advance, before any products can be sent.
All vouchers are to be redeemed within a year, after which they will expire.
