We're a friendly bunch and are invested in you as much as you are!
Q1. What skincare products will you use on me?
We only use high quality and medical grade skincare products - nothing off the shelf.
Everything we apply is tailored to your skin after a proper consultation and skin analysis, so you’ll only get what your skin actually needs.
We work with trusted, professional brands that are proven to be safe and get results, so you're in safe, expert hands from the moment we begin.
Q2. Why do I need a consultation before I have a treatment?
A consultation gives us a chance to really get to know your skin, your concerns and what you're hoping to achieve.
It helps us make sure that any treatment we recommend is not only safe for you, but also the most effective way to get the results you’re after.
Think of it as the first step in creating your own personalised skin plan.
Q3. Why do I have to fill out and sign a consultation form every time I come for a treatment.
Consent is always given directly to the practitioner who will be carrying out your treatment.
This ensures complete transparency, open communication and that you feel fully informed and comfortable before we begin.
Q4. Are there any specific things I should avoid pre or post treatment?
Generally, most day to day things are ok.
However, we’ll send you tailored pre and post treatment care instructions ahead of your appointment to help you get the best possible results and minimise any risk of irritation or downtime.
Q5. What does it mean to be a CQC registered clinic?
Being CQC registered means we’re officially approved and regulated by the Care Quality Commission - the independent body that checks clinics across England.
It shows that we’re regularly monitored to make sure we’re always doing things properly and most importantly that we meet strict standards for safety, cleanliness and quality of care -which we always do!
Q6. How many facials do I need to have for great skin?

Q7. Why is at home skincare as important as in clinic treatments?
An effective at home skincare routine enhances the results and prolongs the effects of in-clinic treatments. Healthy, well-prepared skin ensures superior results from in clinic treatments and ensures long lasting results. If the skin hasn’t been prepped properly with skincare, it can hinder the effectiveness of treatments and result in adverse reactions.
Q8. Will anyone know if I’ve had “work done?”
We specialise in subtle, natural-looking results and manage your pre and post-treatment care to minimise any initial post treatment reactions such as; bruising, swelling or any unnecessary downtime.
Q9. Can gift vouchers be used to buy products?
Yes. Gift vouchers can be used as payment for treatments and products.
Q10. How old do I need to be to have a treatment at the clinic?
You can have a treatment at the clinic if you are over the age of 18, subject to a medical questionnaire and thorough consultation.
